She began her career as a management consultant in London and Paris, before transitioning into the world of theatre and performing arts. She has also built up a practice as a mediator in workplace and community conflicts. Julie relocated to Germany 20 years ago, where she completed formal acting training for theatre and film. She has performed role-play for senior managers in the government sector and coached executives in such organisations as Boehringer Mannheim and Freudenberg in Germany.
