Richard Lawton

Richard is an accredited executive leadership coach and Myers-Briggs-Type-Indicator trainer and facilitator. As a coach and consultant, Richard has worked with all levels of legal professionals, executive level managers, C.E.O.’s and board directors. Past clients include: Vic & NSW Bar Associations, Lander & Rogers Lawyers, Herbert Geer Commercial Law, NSW Crown Solicitors Dept, VCAT, Esso Exxon Mobil, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Telstra, Australia Post, and Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. As a theatre director and performing arts lecturer, Richard worked with the Sydney Theatre Company, N.I.D.A., Sydney and Monash Universities. Richard is also a senior consultant for Ignite Coaching.

Rosie Lourde

Actors Centre Australia graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from UTS. Rosie has worked as a professional actor, director, writer, performing arts teacher and corporate role player/trainer. Theatre: Singled Out, Small Poppies, The Will. Film: Embedded, Chocolate Oyster, and Felony. TV: Underbelly Badness, Rake 2. Corporate clients: NSW Department of Health, Morgan Stanley, and the University of Sydney. Rosie also has over 10 years customer service, administrative and managerial experience within tertiary education institutions as well as several years experience in national and international public policy development in International Human Rights and Indigenous affairs. Rosie currently runs her own film production company through which she is currently producing an independent Australian feature film, Skin Deep.

Sara Grenfell

An arts program host on Radio Eastside. Theatre; The Treatment, Long Gone Lonesome Cow Girls, Coralie Lansdowne Says No, The Misanthrope, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Stars, Street of Crocodiles (UK). Musical theatre; Sunset Boulevard, Barnum, Footrot Flats, Les Miserables, Kiss Me Kate. TV; GP, Neighbours, Home and Away, Water Rats, Murder Call, All Saints. Producer of Fit To Be Tied and A Respectable Wedding. Writing and directing credits include Big Mob a Good Times, The Girl with the Green Ear, and 18 Years of Therapy. Role-play includes NSW Health, APSC and ABT.

Steve Adams

BA Drama. An actor for twenty years, he has worked in film, TV, theatre and role-play. Awards: AFI Nomination for Something in the Air, Best Actor – Exposure International Film Festival. He has performed role-play for KPMG, ANZ, and OneSteel, as well as banks, hospitals, and social welfare groups. Management: professional photography, maintenance and carpentry. An Australian film investor, Steve has worked for the Royal Australian Air Force and Yarra City Council.

Steve Matthews

MA, Dip.Ed. Steve has been a professional actor, director, lecturer and performance coach for the last thirty years. His work has encompassed a wide range of styles and projects in theatre, film, TV and radio In the last fifteen years he has specialized as an acting teacher. He is also a coach and consultant in performance and leadership, working with a range of clients throughout Australia and overseas in numerous organizations such as Ernst and Young, Horwaths, BHP, Estee Lauder and The Australia Council. His role-play clients include The APSC, NAB, KPMG, Lendlease etc.

Tanya Edlington

Tanya is a conversation specialist. She is frequently called on to develop leaders’ capability by focusing on practical conversation skills and mindset awareness. In addition, Tanya is a mediator and conflict coach. She draws on her background in the creative arts to support innovation and problem solving, using improvisation tools and techniques to give participants practical insight. Tanya has experience working in the public, community, financial, health, higher education and arts sectors. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and has studied the Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation from the Groupwork Institute of Australia.

Nick Byrne

One of Australia’s most prominent improvisational trainers and producers, and Artistic Director of Australasia’s International Festival and Convention of Unscripted Theatre. Nick has been a theatre & training industry professional for thirty years, experienced in therapeutic settings, and workplace, performing arts and business worlds as a trainer, director, producer, consultant, and role-player. Specializing for the last fifteen years in improvisation and its applications to work and lifestyle, Nick has worked with psychologists and physiologists at the Australian Institute of Sport, to prepare Olympic athletes for off-field and on field adversities and illnesses, as well as with National Gallery of Australia staff to prepare them for specialised tour groups, such as dementia patients.

Yvette Alcott

Education: Ensemble Studios Acting School, BA Theatre Studies, Honours – Pschology. Yvette has performed in over 50 live theatre productions: Shakespeare in repertory, Griffin Theatre, La Mama and Sydney Opera House, stand up comedy at The Comedy Store, as well as film and TV. Since 1998 she has performed role play, real play and facilitation roles for Peers and Players, E&Y, KPMG, NAB, Citicorp, QANTAS, Vero, Baker & McKenzie. She is a published writer and is currently undertaking her PhD in Psychology.

Barbara Bingham

Barbara worked in Los Angeles as a professional actress for 18 years and enjoyed extensive success in film, television, commercials and corporate training. She began her professional coaching with Sonny Vaccaro Sports through Adidas and was responsible for training amateur athletes who were being drafted into professional teams. Since moving to Sydney, Barbara has continued to work as an actor and developed her role-play, real-play, facilitation and coaching for effective leadership skills with clients such as KPMG, Citi Bank, Qantas Airlines, JetStar Airlines, Goodman Fielder, Johnson & Johnson and Sinclair Knight Mertz.
