Debra Tang

Debra has worked all over the world, including Hungary, Germany, Japan, India, USA and United Kingdom. She has been twice nominated for the Asian TV Awards for Best Performance, and won the Excellent Performer Award in Toyama, Japan. Originally trained as an architect, Debra worked as a management consultant with a local consulting firm, and later, as associate partner of The Gallup Organization.

Jerry Hoh

Jerry is a popular face on the local and international television screen. He has plays lead and support roles in comedy & drama series in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the UK, Germany, France and Italy. Besides movies made in South East Asia, he has also acted in a feature film for Jean-Jacque Anaud shot in Cambodia and Thailand. Jerry has also been involved in many role-playing training sessions over the last 10 years, and is familiar with giving feedback and the techniques involving theatre forum. Some of these sessions also involve coaching. Brendon Fernandez

B.Soc.Sc. (Hons) Communications & New Media, National University of Singapore. Film, television, and theatre: Equus, Romeo & Juliet and La Cage aux Folles. Brendon previously worked as a Foreign Service Officer in Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He currently teaches at Republic Polytechnic and Lasalle College of the Arts, and is also a television presenter for documentaries and current affairs programs on the regional news station Channel News Asia. Corporate clients: Accenture, Barclays, British American Tobacco, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Herbert Smith, Infineum, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, Rolls Royce, Standard Chartered and UBS.

Brendan O’Connell

Brendan holds a Masters of Creative Arts and was the Artistic Director of the Australian Self Raising Theatre
when they performed for the king and queen of Malaysia in 1990.Brendan has experience as the co-director of Hit & Run Entertainment, performing at corporate launches,promotions and events, for Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority,City of Sydney and Historic Houses Trust of NSW. Roleplay credits include clients Johnson & Johnson, Leighton Holdings, University of Western Sydney, NSW Health and TAFE NSW. Brendan is based in Singapore at Faculty of Performance, Lasalle College of the Arts.

Bridget Therese Lachica

Bridget has been an actress and drama educator for over 25 years in Singapore, the USA and England with the Portsmouth Players. Certified with NeuroLeadership Group, Bridget incorporates the latest findings in neuroscience in the drama and corporate programs she designs and/or executes. She is fluent in English and Malay and has done corporate or drama work in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China.
Bridget is an executive and life coach, corporate trainer and drama educator. Bridget’s client list includes BP, Cognitive Institute, Diageo, Singapore National Health, Philips, Barclays, Baker & Mackenzie, Marsh, Cisco and Singapore Civil Service College.

Gerald Chew

Gerald holds a B.A. from the Loughborough University and a M.A. from Central School of Speech and Drama UK. He’s worked as a book and magazine editor, journalist and communications manager for multi-national companies. Experienced in film, TV and theatre, his credits include Rogue Trader, The Tattooist, The Great Wall and Yellow Fever. Gerald teaches at the National University of Singapore and New York University & Tisch School of the Arts (Asia Campus). Drawing on his experience in acting, writing, directing and teaching, Gerald has performed numerous role-plays, and diversity issue and performance coaching in the corporate world. Clients include UBS, Citibank, Barclays Capital, Infineum, Baker and Mackenzie and British American Tobacco.

Harris Jahim

Master of FIne Arts, Certificate in Lessac Training, currently Head of FOundation Studies Performing Arts at LaSalle. He has acted in the United States, and Singapore. Harris hosted Christmas shows with Disney, Cartoon Network and WB. He directed Shiro and The Cherry Blossom for the ACE! Festival 2010. He has performed in corporate role-play for MNC, NTUC Income Insurance, Refreshing Thought, Singapore Power, M1 Singapore, and The Ministry of Education.

Judy Ngo

Artistic Director of Chilli Padi (W!LD RICE), Ensemble Member & Artistic Driector at COLLAB Theatre Ensemble. Academic Associate at Republic Poly & Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic. Head of Drama for Performing Arts Circle. Fluent in Mandarin, she has taught drama and script writing, been a CCA instructor, Artist-in-school and director. Pavan J Singh

Pavan holds a first class honors degree in Acting from LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore. He is primarily a
freelance actor with over 14 years of experience in Theatre, Film and Television. Pavan is also co-artistic director and founder of Singapore-based theatre company – Skinned Knee Productions, and on occasion, directs, teaches or mentors students. Pavan is an experienced corporate role-player and training facilitator. Having worked as a Marketing Executive for four years after earning a degree in Information Systems and Management and a Diploma in Economics from the University of London, Pavan clearly understands the corporate environment, which allows him to carry out his training with the necessary level of sensitivity.

Risa Okamoto

BA in Drama and International Relations from Stanford University and Eleanor Prosser Prize for Scholarship in Drama. Theatre: ’Apocalypse Live’ for the Singapore Theatre Festival, and ‘Bear and Chicken Go Camping’ for Singapore Rep. An award winning documentary director, actor and voiceover artist. She has directed documentaries for international broadcasters including Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, History Channel, Bio Channel, Crime & Investigation Channel, and News Asia. Serene Chen

BA (Hons) in Theatre Studies and Certified Problem based learning facilitator, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore. Extensive work in theatre includes Singapore Arts festival commissions such as Eugene Ionesco’s Rhinoceros, Wong Kar Wai Dreams, and Kampong Amber. Travelling productions include Invisibility, Chang & Eng the musical.
Recent full-length feature and television work include Singapore Dreaming, Sayang Sayang. Serene won Best Supporting Actress in the 2005 Life! Theatre Awards for the play Landmarks: Asian Boys Volume 2. Corporate role-play clients include KK Hospital, National University Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, BAT and UBS AG.

Stephanie Kwok

B.A. (Hons) Degree in History. Stephanie is an experienced performer as well as a drama and song-writing instructor/trainer, songwriter, scriptwriter, director and producer of staged performances. She is a Singaporean actress with an extensive performing history, having been involved in professional theatre since 1987. As a corporate role-player, Stephanie has worked with Black Rock Singapore, International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, GSK, Deutsche Bank, Pimco Singapore, TNT Express, Philips Electronics, Philip Morris International, Singapore British High Commission, Hong Kong British Consulate-General and the British Embassy in Beijing, many of whom, she has worked with for several years.

Timothy Nga

B. Commerce (Management and Marketing) and graduate of the Foundational Facilitation Workshop, Singapore. Vicky Mintey

BSc Hons 2:1 in Natural Sciences (Psychology and Anthropology).  MA in Performance, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London, A British actress based in Singapore since 2011, her performing work ranges from large scale professional theatre to presenting educational TV series, role play, corporate video and voice overs. She has appeared in many short films for Tisch Asia (New York University) and has had a varied career in theatre in Singapore and the UK. She is experienced in role-play for BP, and is on a panel of ‘patients’ for medical student, to whom she is require to roleplay and to give feedback on their behaviour and consulting styles. She is currently in the early stages of leading the development of role-play scenarios for a leading global facilitator, and teaches drama workshops.
