We accept applications from experienced, professional corporate actors who have worked in communication skills training. Here is what we require:

• 1Professional acting credits – your resumé will be assessed.
• 2Real-life business experience – in finance, tech, retail, education or other industries.
• 3Coaching credentials – transformational soft skills work with leaders and teams
• 4Constructive feedback – give evidence of how participants made you feel, with specific examples.
• 5Knowledge of training models – e.g. GROW, DISC, SBI, MBTI, Personality typing etc…please specify.
• 6Dress and behave credibly – credibly reflect the diversity and organizational culture
• 7Consistency – able to challenge and support corporate training participants equally..
• 8Applied improve ability – be in the moment with a real-life participant
