Public Service agencies have used our actors for their development centres since 1999. These programs, which run many times each year, are provided to enhance the development of future executives working in a variety of agencies.
Peers and Players actors play a crucial part in the assessment interactions. We role-play within scenarios designed by a learning and development organisation, using a standardised assessment framework.
Our team of actors, based in Sydney and Canberra, play a range of roles, in simulation activities designed to mirror typical workplace challenges. These interactions help to identify strengths and development needs, and pave the way for subsequent in depth feedback and development processes. We are proud to be able to contribute to the ongoing training and development of our public servants.
