The learning delivery team of a major Australian bank recently booked our corporate actors to perform in an in-house DVD production. The DVD is to be used regularly to train staff at branches across Australia to hone their management and communication skills.

The DVD features our actors playing a branch manager and a job applicant, modelling the most effective interviewing skills. We are about to take part in another DVD production for this client, teaching sales techniques to branch staff. The use of this kind of visual tool can be a very cost effective and useful way to ensure standardised training over a number of branches and locations.

Several of Peers and Players’ actors have real life work experience with banks and financial institutions, and this gives great credibility and industry knowledge to their performances.
