We worked with a major financial services organisation earlier in 2006 on their seminars on personal influence: facilitating groups and providing real-play performances. In a small group setting, our actor/coaches conducted real play sessions, which facilitated the practice and development of more effective workplace relationships. These practice sessions provide a new awareness of these situations, and a new set of skills to take back to the daily work environment.
They have booked Peers and Players again to assist with their upcoming leadership program. This workshop assesses and develops communication and problem solving skills within management situations, and our actors will be involved in various role-play interactions.
