Global Role-Play Actors
We are working with Unilever in the USA, Brazil and Mexico, providing actors to role-play as part of their Consulting Skills and Management Development programs.
Eleventh Anniversary
It's an exciting time for Peers and Players. The skills and experience of our consultants have grown with the business, and we are now offering more services to more clients, with professionalism, personal attention and care.
Conference Presentation
Stockland had a major new Managemnt Initiative to unveil to their senior staff, and we devised and performed a Real Play Presentation at their conference. Based on staff issues, we played back scenarios which opened the way for interactive discussions.
Financial Services role
We worked for a major financial services group earlier in 2009 on their personal influence seminars, facilitating groups and providing real play performances.
Eleven years of service
Peers and Players have been providing actors to role-play for KPMG, the global business advisory firm, consistently since 1998, in various assesment and development programs across the firm.
Bank Staff Training DVD
The learning delivery team of NAB recently booked our actors to perform in their in-house DVD productions.
Public Service role play
The Australian Public Service Commission has used our actors for their development centres since 1999. These programs are aimed at future executives.

Role play
 |
 |
Peers and Players actors are all trained, professional role-players, who know how to help participants get the most out of the role-play experience. We perform a variety of roles in a range of set scenarios – from subordinates and managers to senior partners, clients and more. An awareness of the key performance indicators, as well as our experience in both acting and business, gives us credibility and provides a consistently challenging, yet supportive, learning environment for all participants. |

We are always aware that our role is to provide a fair and even playing field for each participant, so that they may be assessed clearly and learn easily. It is crucial that the actors give an appropriately challenging experience, looking, sounding and performing believably. We are totally focussed on assisting participants to perform to the best of their ability.
As adept improvisers, we tailor our behaviour to subtly guide the participant to effectively demonstrate their style. To finish each meeting, we like to leave the participant on as positive a note as possible, so that they feel confident about moving on to the other exercises.
When providing feedback, written or verbal, we describe our feelings in character, so that the feedback can be used alongside the objective view of the external assessors. We use positive language, based on our emotional responses to the actions and words of the participants, leaving them with a constructive memory of the meeting, and some key performance areas to develop.
