PROVIDING CORPORATE ACTORS SINCE 1998

LISA PEERS founded Peers and Players to provide a team of experienced actors to perform role-play and training for assessment and development programs. Experienced in role-play and coaching, Lisa identified the need for an ensemble of actors with a shared understanding of corporate culture.
An experienced film, TV and theatre actress, Lisa Peers made her film debut as a teenager in the landmark Australian film Sunday Too Far Away. Since then she has worked consistently in TV, film and theatre, as well as teaching, directing and producing for theatre. She has been presenter of many training programs, on and off camera, and has access to a wide network of industry professionals.
The team of actors has grown, from a small group who first worked for SHL Australia doing role-play for KPMG, to a large group working in Australia and the USA. Lisa chooses the cream of corporate actors based on their acting ability as well as business experience.
The core group of Peers and Players actors have worked together for more than ten years, and several of our clients have utilised our services their regualr programs since 1998. Our clients range from organisational psychology organisationss and banking institutions to learning and development departments of large corporations.
"Lisa’s enthusiasm for the work, her ability to digest complex information and her focus and sensitivity during the simulations resulted in her being an outstanding role-player in the group. Her open communication style and willingness to constantly improve her skills ensures that she adds value to any task at hand." Peter Fisher, Director, Act One! Theatre Based Learning.
